[01/17/2005] Incident Report : 10.54 PM - 3.51 AM
Due to a major power failure in one of our data-centers some services have been unavailable from 10.54 PM to 3.51 AM. We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may have caused. Clients with SLA are entitled to a refund. In order to prevent any repetition of such an incident, a third 1.1MVA transformator will be added to convert a third independent 20.000 volts power source to 380 volts.

[07/12/2004] Bandwidth Upgrade to 4096kbs!
The usage of our bandwidth reached 35% (peak) in the last few days. In order to continue to offer an optimal quality of service, we preemptively upgraded our available bandwith from 2048kbs to 4096kbs. This upgrade comes free for all clients.

[04/15/2004] Incident Report : 3.12 PM - 3.18 PM
Due to a router failure some services have suffered a downtime during the dynamic reconfiguration of route definitions. We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may have caused. In order to prevent any repetition of such an incident, the said router (Extreme Networks BlackDiamond 6800) will be replaced.

[12/18/2003] Bandwidth Upgrade to 2048kbs!
The usage of our bandwidth reached 35% (peak) in the last few days. In order to continue to offer an optimal quality of service, we preemptively upgraded our available bandwith from 1024kbs to 2048kbs. This upgrade comes free for all clients.

[12/13/2003] Incident Report : 5.09 PM - 5.16 PM
Due to a motherboard failure some services have suffered a downtime during the replacement of said motherboard. We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may have caused. In order to prevent any repetition of such an incident, redundancy of our servers will be enhanced.
