—John Quincy Adams

Frequently Asked Questions

We’re here to answer anything that comes up—just reach out and we’ll sort it out. Below are the questions we get most often.

  • All materials you deliver or co‑create in a Fullbridge program remain the exclusive property of Fullbridge. You’re licensed to use and present them during delivery, but all underlying IP stays with Fullbridge.

  • Absolutely—feel free to showcase your Fullbridge coaching on LinkedIn, your resume, or in bios. Just make sure you credit it as a Fullbridge program (e.g., “Fullbridge Coach for [Program Name]”), not as a proprietary offering of your own.

  • You’re engaged as a sub‑contractor—not a Fullbridge employee—so only use our logo, colors, and program names when you’re actively delivering a session and always follow the official brand guidelines. Any other use of Fullbridge trademarks, materials, or naming (on websites, social media, marketing, etc.) requires prior written approval.

  • Yes—any in‑session tweaks must be logged and shared afterward, and if you feel a deviation is needed, loop in your Fullbridge rep first. Remember, clients have purchased specific outcomes, so staying on track is critical.

  • Yes—while you’re on assignment as a Fullbridge coach, you may not pursue direct business with our clients or solicit additional work in the locations where you’re representing Fullbridge. Any outside opportunities involving our client network must be routed through and approved by Fullbridge.

  • Absolutely not. All Fullbridge materials are proprietary—after years and hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in development, they may not be used or adapted in any other work, with or without credit.

  • We value our coaches and clients—and we want to protect our clients’ edge. You can take on outside facilitation work, but if you pursue an opportunity with any organization that competes in the same market or vertical as a Fullbridge client (i.e., a “competitor”), please let us know first so we can proactively manage any conflict.

  • Flag any disengagement, conflict, or other disruption to your Fullbridge rep immediately—our team will engage the client and resolve it. Your job is to keep the learning experience on track, not to police or discipline participants.

  • It varies by assignment and location, but before each program you’ll receive the name and direct contact info for your dedicated Fullbridge support specialist—so you’ll always know who to ping in real time.

  • After each program, you’ll have a one‑on‑one debrief with your Fullbridge rep to review performance insights and areas for growth. Fullbridge also conducts direct debriefs with the client organization, and participants complete before‑and‑after assessments plus surveys to capture learner feedback and measure impact.

  • Fullbridge keeps tech straightforward: you’ll run live sessions over Zoom and manage learner progress through our proprietary web platform. If you’re ever unsure, we’ll provide a quick orientation and real‑time tech support—so all you need is a solid internet connection.

  • Yes—programs with multiple coaches feature a Lead Coach and Supporting Coach(es), and excelling in those roles puts you on track for bigger assignments. We’re always scouting high‑caliber “A‑players” for new opportunities and leadership spots.

  • Absolutely—if you’ve got a sharp expert in mind, let your Fullbridge rep know their details and skill set. We’re always scouting top talent to push our programs forward.
