A competitor is spreading false claims—do you fight back or stay silent?
You learn a colleague is stealing credit—confront or ignore?
You’re asked to hit a goal that seems impossible—say yes or push back?

Using the 4 Execution Strategies, each team must make a decision and build a plan to ethically execute on it:
Implementation Intentions – What’s your first non-negotiable step?
Process Over Outcome – How will you ensure consistent follow-through?
Environmental Triggers – What will make disciplined action the default?
Accountability – Who’s holding the team to the standard?
Prepare a 2-minute defense: What decision did you make, and how will you execute it with integrity and discipline?
Each team presents their ethical choice and execution plan.
Then answer 1 minute of rapid-fire Q&A from peers.
