30m: Activity

Solo: 10m

Think of one goal that matters to you—something real, something you’ve been putting off.

Write it down, then answer these three prompts:

  1. Why does this goal matter to you?

  2. Rewrite it as a SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).

  3. Break it into three clear actions you can take this week.

Small Group: 10m

Take turns sharing your SMART goal and three action steps. Ask:

  • “Where might you hit friction—and what’s your plan when it happens?”

  • “How could a simple system (like time blocks, checklists, or habit stacking) support your follow-through?”

Encourage honest feedback and small adjustments that make big impact.

Debrief: 10m

Be prepared to answer the following:

  • What shifted for you when you wrote your goal down and broke it into action?

  • What system or habit could help you follow through when motivation dips?

  • What is one key takeaway from this hour you can apply right now?
