30m: Activity

Solo: 10m

Each team is assigned one of the following 10 critical decisions where ethical judgment and execution discipline collide:

  1. A team member is underperforming—do you cut them or coach them?

  2. Your company discovers a product flaw—do you delay launch or ship and patch?

  3. Your sales team is fudging numbers to hit quota—what do you do?

  4. You’re over budget mid-project—cut quality, or delay for funding?

  5. A client asks for something unethical but profitable—how do you respond?

  6. A competitor is spreading false claims—do you fight back or stay silent?

  7. You learn a colleague is stealing credit—confront or ignore?

  8. You’re asked to hit a goal that seems impossible—say yes or push back?

  9. A team is burning out—do you demand more or reset timelines?

  10. A partner violates your values—keep the deal or walk away?

Using the 4 Execution Strategies, each team must make a decision and build a plan to ethically execute on it:

  1. Implementation Intentions – What’s your first non-negotiable step?

  2. Process Over Outcome – How will you ensure consistent follow-through?

  3. Environmental Triggers – What will make disciplined action the default?

  4. Accountability – Who’s holding the team to the standard?

Prepare a 2-minute defense: What decision did you make, and how will you execute it with integrity and discipline?

Each team presents their ethical choice and execution plan.

Then answer 1 minute of rapid-fire Q&A from peers.
