+I have received an acceptance, but I cannot login (password issue)?

When you open the email from "Misk Future Path", you must use the temporary password provided in the email you received.

+How can I update my password?

If you would like to change your current login password, navigate to your profile photo at the top left and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu, then navigate to the “Account Basics” tab, here you will be able to edit your password.

+I want to edit my name in the e-certificate

In order to edit your name in the e-certificate, you must edit your name in your profile.

You can edit and update your account details by clicking on your profile avatar in the upper left-hand corner.

+I have completed the program, how do I download my certificate?

In order to download your certificate, navigate to your homepage, and click the "Home" icon. Next, click the word "Certificate" in blue. Please note as this is a worldwide online program, we provide e-certificates only, we will not send any hard copies. You can download and print it and/or post it to your LinkedIn profile using the feature provided for that. We highly encourage you to take advantage of that feature to announce your accomplishment to your contacts.

+How and where do I register?

If you have filled up an Application form, you will be receiving an invitation via email to join the program with all the details and information to access the platform. If you have not applied yet, please click here to apply

+What are the program's requirements?

You are required to complete your program by a deadline that will be set in order to receive your E-certificate, the requirements for this is answering all quizzes.

+When is the deadline to finish the program? Is there an extension?

You will have one week to finish the program starting from the date you recieved the acceptance email. Please note that there will be no deadline extension.

+Can I access the program after the deadline?

No, you can not access the content after the deadline, but you can still access the homepage and download your certificate.

+How do I switch between languages in the Platform?

The language of the platform will be in the same language of the program you are enrolled in. If you are enrolled in the english program the language will be set to English by default, and the same would be for the Arabic program.

+I answered correctly the quizzes but the platform says it is incorrect.

While your selection may be correct, the question might be asking you to: "Please select all that apply". You needed to make sure that you clicked all the answers that apply.

+I did not receive the link to connect to Zoom webinar.

We are sending the link via email a day before each webinar. Please check your spam or junk mail and make sure that you are looking for the invite in the same email account with which you had applied and had gotten accepted.

+Do I have to turn on the camera during Zoom webinar?

You will not be asked to turn on your camera during webinars.
